We have carefully put together this manual where you will find all the essential information you require for preparing your stand and maximising your participation at the show. We recommend reading through all the information thoroughly but in particular the following sections:

• Task Checklist – A self-managed checklist highlighting both optional and compulsory tasks to complete for your participation in the show. We ask that you add your stand contractor’s details via this section to permit them access to this manual.
• Your Stand – Whether you are a shell scheme or space only exhibitor, you will find important and useful information regarding your stand package.
• Timetable – More detailed view of the exhibitor timetable, including access times for build and breakdown of your stand.
• Services & Suppliers – A full list of official show suppliers and services you may require to support or enhance your participation. We have highlighted the order deadlines on your task list, it is a good idea to book at your earliest opportunity to ensure you do not miss out on savings.

During the show the team will be based at London Olympia , and will be available for any assistance you may require.

Please be aware that we may pass on your nominated contact details to our official contractors to enhance your experience at our events. This could be (for example) stand construction partners, electricity, internet, furniture, carpeting, etc.

We have a legitimate interest to provide you and your company’s details to our official contractors because these services are required for a seamless exhibition experience, and it is in your interest to be provided with this information. The suppliers that your nominated contact’s details will be shared with are listed on the official contractor's page.
