Dear Exhibitor,
Welcome to the SIFER 2023 online Exhibitor Manual. Please read the General Regulations and Exhibitor Information thoroughly and pass any relevant information like stand construction regulations, floor plan, timetable etc. on to your stand builder.
In the Contacts section you will find a list of experienced and helpful contractors who can assist you with any queries you might have. Please note that for certain services (i.e., electrical and water installation, handling and lifting, etc.) only the official contractor is permitted to work within the exhibition site. The deadline dates of the order forms are listed on the checklist.
For some order forms you will be redirected to the GES Expresso online ordering platform, which requires setting up a separate account for password protected access to place orders.
For any orders placed on Expresso before 10th February 2023, GES will apply an early order discount.
Electrics: All stands, including shell scheme stands, require a mains connection (switch box) for their spotlights etc. to work. Please remember to complete the relevant order form.
For “space only” exhibitors:
All space only stand designs must be approved before commencing the construction of the stand. Stand design plans must be submitted via e-mail no later than February 28th 2023. Please refer to the “Stand Design (Space Only Stands)” order form.
During the build-up and breakdown periods exhibitors and contractors/stand builders do not require any badge or goods vehicle pass.
